It appears, that the time demanded of our actions and efforts are not worthy to prevent future lapses in professional conduct and policies that violate human rights. State and federal grand juries have no authority to investigate criminal abuse-of-power allegations. The Justice Department and state bar associations are unable to probe pre-emptive prosecution, illegal detention, torture of those subjected to such tactics of lawlessness and police indifference. Residential evictions have taken on a new meaning. If a neighbor doesn't like you, he/she can call the police, who, in turn can yank a woman out of her rental without an order or any civil actions.

Plaintiff, having had excessive government entanglement running afoul of civil and human rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution still without legal support, has brought separate §1983 and §2254 actions against the police and other officials on the grounds that labeling her as a sex offender based upon a policy enacted after her criminal conviction violated her constitutional rights.

Infringements of the Due Process and Ex Post Facto Clauses of the Fourteenth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination constitutes cruel and unusual punishment and is in violation of the Eighth Amendment.

Matter of fact, the U.S. Government has endorsed cruel and unusual punishment by continuing to identify plaintiff as a sex offender, allowing her to be defined as someone who has been convicted, at any time, of any sex offense or [who] engaged in sexual misconduct during the course of an offense. They have continued to recommend that she receive treatment making it their constitutional duty to inculcate cruel and unusual punishment by portraying plaintiff to the public that “sexual assault is a heinous crime committed by Offenders with deviant behavior patterns that cannot be controlled by incarceration alone.”

Still no remedies are available for these violations or the disparate treatment set forth under Title VII while retaliating against plaintiff by conspiring against her rights under 18 USC §241.

9) That plaintiff-appellant could be and has been compelled to submit by force or by threat of imminent death, serious bodily injury, extreme pain or kidnapping; and to substantially impair her power to appraise or control her conduct.

10) That throughout August and September 2011, plaintiff-appellant sought housing, finally relying on the verbal agreement made by manager's Christopher John and Ericka Little of Wiseman's Mobile Home Park at 6800 South 6th Street in Klamath Falls, Oregon.

11) Whereas, future defendant's Christopher John and Ericka Little declared a visual inspection of plaintiff's-appellant's residential travel trailer, approving thereof, and preserving a certain space before plaintiff-appellant relocated her residential travel trailer at Wiseman's Mobile Home Park.

12) Whereas, plaintiff-appellant relied on said verbal agreement halting all efforts to seek housing else where before winter's debilitating freeze that caused plaintiff's-appellant health breakdown the previous season.

13) Whereas, plaintiff-appellant relocated her residential travel trailer on October 3, 2011 to Wiseman's Mobile Home Park at 6800 South 6th Street in Klamath Falls, Oregon, then was discriminated by the use of forcible hostilities to unlawfully evict plaintiff-appellant by future defendant's, Christopher John and Ericka Little, and the Klamath County Sheriff's department. (The moral of the story is that no matter how much you sue them, they will still retaliate)

A Girl's Reputation In American Society

When the police cannot police themselves and due process and equal justice under the law is so palpably absent, an economical epicenter of the inferno occurs. Procedural due process can be stifled in excessive ways. Included here are several methods conducted by Randy Bowman, a former subordinate narcotics sergeant in the city of Napa, California. Now, honorably retired, Bowman was given carte blance to keep this author, Kini Cosma, under observation and surveillance.

Randy Bowman had a disregard for Kini's privacy and the "husband-wife confidentiality privileges" did not apply. He enjoyed using his power to question Kini's former husband about her activities. It never really mattered because within a month of any of her activities, he would send in his spys to rumor-monger. Yes, Randy Bowman was quite the professional.

In his quest for arrogance and control, Bowman persuaded Napa County Superior judges that he was an attorney authorized to practice law in the State of California. After using neighbors, family members, acquaintances, informants and spys to make all work related, recreational, and family activities illegal, he then marched into the jail system using jail snitches to harbor drugs. This way Bowman could hear first hand what the results were for the strip searches in the ladys cell block. Like most men do, bragging was in order and Bowman could have office stag parties that included sacrificed lambs and target practices of their targeted suspects.

Well, Randy Bowman, in his mid-life crisis, was not satisfied so he sent in debtors who he knew would physically fight Kini in order that she cop a plea. He neither wanted publicity to find out the egregious case that demonstrated a pattern of abusive conduct the Napa Police Department was doing to Kini all the years nor did he want her to be prosperous after she graduated from college. Randy Bowman, the law enforcement peace officer, was unable to create an informal redress and could not attempt to provide a reslution. All that he could recommend was that she would never see her children again.

Kini was told through the years by that she has her story so rehearsed it has effected every element of her life. She agrees. After a trauma that pounds your mind like a hurricane Katrina, you lose your ability to find accurate words to describe your defense. In a make-shift kangaroo court, (the justice system has a budget and can no longer allow proper due process), you may need to resort to notes to trigger your memory. The prosecutor can demand you put them away. So, always rehearse your side of the story because your defense lawyers won't!

Once you've been slandered and libeled as a sex offender and stalker, you're in the worst of two evils: Criminalization and Psychotic. If you are a thief, burglar, robber, drug addict, alcoholic... you have more credibility to the police if you are a witness to or experience a crime.

As a stalker and sex offender your credibility will not count at all. If you are a witness to or experience a crime, turn your back and plug your ears because any testimony you give will turn attention on you and you will become the target to focus on. It will be extremely difficult because a conviction of stalking enhanced with sex offending will wipe out everything you've worked very hard for all your life and it will wipe out your family and friends: Past and present.

I guarantee you, the world will ignore you as if you are dead. Day by day, the opportunists trickle in. I had a degree in the science of the Administration of Justice before my degree was permanently invalidated by the crime of stalking enhanced with sex offenses. I first noticed how my work was plagiarized when my former husbands' attorney used my legal work to gain custody of our two sons. I battled very hard, but with these kinds of offenses you don't stand a chance at all.

When I was first convicted and sent to prison in 1998, the only stalking cases you heard of was the hardcore Night Stalker, Rebecca Shaffer, and a few of the more gruesome. But, today they make light of, by using the media industry: movie production and TV shows as entertainment to what appears to be from the basis of my very claims. There might be a few twists here and there, but the foundation comes after I had sent countless reports, letters, and other legal documents throughout the U.S. since 1998 screaming 911 and proclaiming my innocence. To date, no one has helped me. And, if and when they do, it will be in ways that you do not want.

In the five years I have now lived in Oregon, I met one gay man who was like a savior to me. He allowed me to move my horses on to his property. He never judged me, never sexually harassed me, and was sensitive and caring. His little existence brightened up my life and reduced the dysfunctions. I loved doing work around his home and making his little house delightful. Since I love being outdoors, he gave me the run of his yard.

In the summer of 2007, my gay male friend let me fix up a little cabin on his property and move in. To respect his privacy, he let me use the bathroom and the kitchen in the main house.

One day, I came in to use the bathroom and saw his soiled clothing on the bathroom floor. My friend was not sitting in the chair he had basically lived in but was in the master bedroom. I yelled out in the hallway that I was not going to clean up his soiled clothing in the bathroom. Because of the distrust the State of California placed me in, I thought he was pulling a mean joke. I didn't know what to do, so I made a half-way call to 911 and hung-up. The Oregon police showed up anyway and they spent 10-15 minutes rattling my cage. Finally, the police banged on the main house door and when my friend finally answered, my friend stuck his head out the door. The police asked if he was okay. He said yes. And, that was it. The police had not even given him a minute of their time. I went on a labor strike and the core of my soul hardened up because my friend forced me to call the police.

A week later, I found my only male gay friend dead. I do not attribute or blame this misfortune on the Oregon police. Rather, I place it in the hands of California. For if the distrust and contempt I hold of the U.S. Government was not so extreme, my credibility may have been recognized and the hardness and callousness of my soul softened. If the U.S. Federal Courts would have complied with the U.S. Constitution and State and Federal bedrock basic law, my only little, beautiful, gay, male friend might be alive today.

One evening I went to the grocery store to buy some munchies. While I was cruising a lonely aisle, a couple walks in hurriedly. They will justify these actions with, "she might sue me" in order to avoid confrontation.

In order that the U.S. Government doesn't have to waste $300 a day for upkeep on you in their jails and prisons, it is much easier for them to keep you unlawfully detained at your home at $27.26 a day. They would rather waste taxpayer money as with sexism among CIA spies by sending out derogatory information that women who are fired from the CIA are "untrustworthy, lack candor or are unsuitable."

It would be much more time effective and less costly to black-ball their women employees who want to wed and have no chance to defend themselves in person before their firings. This would be, of course, so that the U.S. Government can use psychological and physical abuse to punish their women for having foreign fiances, boyfriends, or relatives like a daddy who wants to place their children on his knee and give them spankings.

Since the U.S. Government has set you up so that you will trust no one, they won't have to worry about wasting money on your health care. Gone are the days when you could afford preventative care and be on "health kicks."

Finally, after the U.S. Government has ransacked all of your belongings and valuable property, you will be forced to forfeit whatever little property you have left. Their heroic policy is to induce fraud, waste, and mismanagement and to obliverate your health at an alarming slow pace.

As a sex offender, you will attempt to take care of your health. Unfortunately, that willl not be possible because the Purveyors of False Hope will constantly make you think you have a future. This will occur through years of community whispering, murmuring, and hissing. This is because no one has the courage to tell you themselves.

If you are somewhat on the intellect side, you will find that because the U.S. Government has authorized your substantial collateral damages and asset thefts... Being left with nothing means being left with community derelicts, alcoholics, drug addicts, and other people with low mental acumen as the others will have no respect. NONE. NADA. ZIP. NELCH!

You will realize that drug addicts are smarter than you. You will hate yourself because you start to realize drug addicts knew from the very beginning there was no hope. All the time you spent on your profession will never be acknowledged and all your efforts were have been made in vanity. Regardless, as the Purveryors of False Hope tinker with you, you struggle against all odds while your health deteriorates.

As a woman sex offender, dirty old men will revel about claiming you as his sex machine while women are thinking about how they can use you as an object to bed their husbands. They will be at the mercy of their husbands and don't want them to stray off with young teenagers, leaving her as a poverty stricken, used up old prune. This can especially occur when the judge grants the husband all of YOUR community property.

As the men gather together to talk about how many notches each one has under his belt, you, of course, will be the topic of their conversation; How he makes you feel like nothing so that you seek him for comfort in his arms; How no one cares about you; Using forms of petty oppression to make you jealous; Telling you that you are no good for nothing and that he can provide for all your needs; Blaming you for trying to be in control; Blaming you because everything is your fault; Punishing you with threats that you need to be placed over his knee and spanked; Antagonizing you while using money as bait....

This is where Kini's antidote comes in.

Tell the man that you are on a new health and wellness diet; That, there may be "nests" of infection formed in your stomach, forever supplying your body with fresh bacteria and parasite stages. Tell him, no stomach infection such as ulcers or intestinal bloating can be cured permanently without removing these gallstones from the liver. Tell him to imagine the situation if his garden hose had marbles in it.

Tell him that you want to prepare to cleanse your kidneys. It takes a lot to "wash" the inside of your body and you need to produce a gallon of urine a day! Be sure to start slowly to avoid feeling pressure in the bladder.

After you cleanse your kidneys, you will need to cleanse out the parasites to prevent reinfection. Becareful, because the alcohol in the tincture can make you slightly woozy and you could also feel a slight nausea. Beg him that you need to walk around in the fresh air or simply rest until the regimen passes. How long is up to you.

Next will be the liver flush. Do not be disappointed if you find large stones passing through your feces. The job is to make your liver produce bile. The gallbladder is attached to the common bile duct and acts as a storage reservoir.

You will need to produce at least a half a dozen varieties, most of which are black, red, white, green or tan colored. The green ones get their color from being coated with bile. In the U.S., over 4m sex offenders are roaming our streets. Learning to protect youerself against kidnapping and rape could be the difference between becoming a statistic...and coming home tonight.

Chief Brian Martinek discourages walking home from school in isolation and encourages girls to arrange for a partner to accompany each other to/from traveling to/from school/work. He asserts:

Vary your route. "A common Theme." Don't give people a chance to know where you are going.
Go with a partner.
Do things together.
Malls are for a variety of predators. If you have to go to a mall, go with a group.

"When you are in an attack situation," a trainer emphasizes when yelling 'help', 'rape', 'I'm being taken', "[p]eople think they are playing so that AREN'T going out of their way to see what's going on. People these days just don't want to get involved. Or they may be concerned for themselves that they will get hurt. But if you yell 'fire', people will notice".

It doesn't matter how ragged a mother runs herself down for her kids. People will never give her credit and the government doesn't care either. The more work you do, the more the People enjoy seeing you suffer. The People willfully make a mother crazy so that she will become an unfit mother. That way the child can be orphaned. Unfortunately, the child protective services doesn't care unless the mother is actually brutalizing them. Or, unless the child is white with blue eyes. THE ANTS AT "CHOW"

When it is time for "chow", all the girls line up ready to get let out of the cells. When you come from a Kosher family, you can't help but notice and compare cleanliness and hygiene. I noticed most of the inmates didn't wash their hands before they went to eat.

As you waited in line to get to the hall, you could see thousands of women on the compound grounds in single file. All the women looked like ants. I never saw so many women in my entire life. They're hands were everywhere.

When we finally got our tray and sat down to eat, they wanted to pray. Everyone was to hold everyone's hands. I always got out of holding anyone's hand by saying I was Jewish. One time I almost got beatup because an inmate thought I thought I was too good to hold hands.

There isn't much time to slop down the food; 15 minutes. On chicken night it was less. After chow we lined up in single file to go back. No one is allowed to take anything back to their cells. But, inmates did. I mean they took cake, cookies, sugar, chicken...wrapped up in napkins back to their rooms. Guards would do random searchs.

One time, I noticed this little blond chubby girl guard pat down four to five inmates at one time. When I looked back, I noticed that even before the inmates passed her they automatically took out their "contraband" and put it on the ground. Even before she patted them down, the ground was filled with parcels of food. No other guard was that proficient.

No one else witnessed that except me. It seems that when your life is filled with persons of low acumen or alcoholics they never witness what you just saw. They just sit their impervious to life. I had the chance to ask the guard how she managed to have the inmates throw out their parcels of food before she even patted them down. The guard shrugged her shoulders like it just happens everyday.

Back At The Bat Cave

The "Mental Health" compound is situated in the immediate vicinity of death row female inmates. There you are fed through a slot in your cell. Once I stomped on a mouse and placed it on my tray and slid it back through the slot after "chow". The Guards (let's give them a capital "g") went from cell to cell taking each inmate cup and dipping it into ice. It was well over 100 degrees in each cell and I had to go without ice because of the hygiene hazards.

When you arrive at a California prison, there is suppose to be a certain time that you are on the "reception" yard for observation before going into "general population". It may be up to six weeks. If you want to get there any sooner you can "protest". I protested about a pencil. You get a pencil that is no longer than 2 inches. If you lose it, too bad! I started a petition that was confiscated by a guard (excuse me, Correctional Officer).

Women narcotic users have scars all over their legs. It groutesque. We are not allowed to cuff up our knee high shorts for fear that it will arouse the guards. You have to treasure your tooth brush as if it were the last thing on earth. If you are too pretty, other women inmates might lower yourself esteem and humble your pride when you find out that it was dipped in a toilet infected of hepititous and HIV infected, not to mention the tuberculous risk. You may not take your toothbrush with you at "chow" time.

During your menstrual, after waiting in long lines, you may only have a few hygiene supplies. It doesn't matter if you are a heavy bleeder, if you stack up on alot, the guards will raid your room. If you place your dirty laundry under your mattress, an inmate can snatch it and throw it all over the room.

"Women inmates don't unite in support until it is too late. That is why they don't have better conditions during incarceration like the men do. Their motto is, 'Do the crime, pay the time!' My motto is, 'Violate the Constitution. Pay the big $$$$$!' "-Kini-

A gigantic black "lady" was jumping all over my bed making cigarette gestures for tobacco sales to other inmates across the hall. She could because when you are small like me, people in and out of prison love to prey on you. People prey on little people by nature. Inmates were allowed outside for only two hours a day. The rest of the time was spent with ten women cramped in over-crowded cells smoking all day and night. I did not smoke at all so I was having allergic reactions. My body rejected the toxins in the second hand smoke and when I went to the bathroom, I stunk up the room. The inmates would beat the daylights out of me for this.

When I told the "lady" to stop jumping all over my bed, she yelled out the window that I was going to slit my wrist. The guards pulled me out of the room to talk to me. The inmate somehow possessed razor blades that she planted under my bed. This evidence put me in a suicide holding cell, naked, with a little hole in the ground. The lights stayed on all night.

After I survived the holding cell I was transferred to the "general population" where I persisted to file federal claims under the Eighth Amendment of cruel and unusual punishment for the second hand smoke. By this time I was crippled over from what the inmates had done to me and I was unable to "program". The correctional officers placed me in a cell with and for "Lifers" who wouldn't "program". The cell was at the end of a hallway where guards couldn't hear me screaming.

When I was able to get out for an hour outside on the yard, I managed to get a job at the law library. I received an excellent job review and was doing okay at where I was at. Two days after, the claims and law suits that I filed in Sacramento on two counts of Eighth Amendment, cruel and unusual punishment, got back to the correctional facilities. The correctional officers than came to the law library and escorted me to a psychiatrist. The guards locked me in the room with this guy that had a purple polka dotted bow tie and a pin striped shirt. Little beads of sweat protruded from his upper lip. Dr. Creepy told me that I would be transferred to a mental institution.

At the mental institution a Dr. found that he would keep me so that I wouldn't be so roughed up in general population. Most of the inmates were over medicated on psychotropic meds so they wandered around like zombies. At night when the Doctors went home, you were at the mercy of the guards. During shower time, the guards would let women shower with no privacy. There were no doors on the shower, only rails. The women were in such a state that they did realize the the guards could peer up into their private parts from their guard station downstairs. When it came my time to shower, I placed towels on the rails to give me privacy. This continued for a couple of weeks until a guard noticed and yelled on the top of his lungs for me to take the towels down. He then stomped up the stairs to punish me. After that I wore my shorts to take a shower in.

Abandoned Parents

On February 10, 2007, a writer at Annie's Mailbox in our local newspaper, Herald and News, in Klamath Falls, Oregon presented a question about Parental abandonment. I would like to address this issue.

One of the atrocities that I witnessed while in the High Control Risk Prison system of the State of California was seeing senior citizens in a situation posing for little Johnny Tang-A-Lang who was facing long years, if not life. Instead, of little Johnny Tang-A-Lang taking the rap, grandma would. This action would allow grandma to sit in for more than a year while allowing little Johnny Tang-A-Lang a lesser consequence.

The state legislature should really do something about that. I propose a new bill forcing responsible adult children to monitor their elderly parents after a certain age. I don't care if little Billy Tang-A-Lang lives 100's of miles away, if he doesn't monitor his elderly parents behaviors and they get in trouble, then little Billy Tang-A-Lang should be held accountible!

In addition to that I was forced to witness countless women who sat in and took the "rap" for their "man" as well. Most were abandoned by the loves of their life and it was heartbreaking to have to witness that their noble womenly deeds were all in vain.

The first thing after prison is that you want to be honest with some people because if you do not tell them about being a sex offender they will eventually find out. (There are so many community and internet private investigators, not to mention employment related background checks). If you do not tell the truth, people who trusted you will find out and condemn you for not trusting them and lying. You don't have a choice no matter what people tell you! You will not be able to hide such a heinous secret!

If you are like the teacher in Seattle, Washington, who the young, gallant, man married, you will be fortunate indeed that such a young man would be willing to make you an honest woman. Those kinds of events now a days are completely unheard of.

Society and the justice system will leave you with such an external and internal chill that you will not be able to shake it off. You will constantly be so cold that it will feel like not even turning the heater on to 100 degrees will warm you up.

The best solution to that is to smoke and inhale fiber glass. This will give you an infection in your lungs that will cause your body temperture to rise. If you experiment with botulism, you can get your food to decay and that will help elevate your body temperature without getting too sick.

When the community finds out what you are, you will have a lot of men always trying to take advantage of you. As usual, I suggest that you pick your face. That sometimes wards off male predators. But, for the most part, as "betting on the cum", Bill Steppe (a former Navy officer) of Klamath Falls, puts it, "They put it in any ol' port hole". A man may battle for his honor. A woman may not. A woman who does will engender the sense that dissenters are excluded from society by being identified as an enemy. She will be subjected to intolerant and harassing conduct, particularly in times of crisis. The courts have erected almost insurmountable barriers to citizens’ lawsuits challenging intrusive government investigations or other abuses of power.

A woman sex offender will sense an implication of wrongdoing and a secrecy of suspicion will shroud her world. If the woman is petite, she doesn’t stand a chance while the American justice system, bigger predators, bullies, political obstruction, await to strip her bare from everything including hope and faith. The worst of dirty tricks to foment internal dissent will be used to encourage discrimination and to disrupt her activities.

Organized property theft, tax evasion, anonymous letters or phone calls to employers, friends, family members, and organizations and more simply the invasion of a her privacy, will always enhance the paranoia in any of her perspective circles of social life.

A gay woman sex offender will have to live a desperate life on the margin of survival and after bitter struggles for legal rights as a woman, it becomes intolerable to find family members have grown rich off money left to her. Plundered, impoverished, afraid to go to police, duped into exploitation and easy control, enticed by promises of work, she is easy prey and at the mercy of the men.

The female sex offender will be condemned to a life of prosecutions. No concept of common justice are allowed and her deteriorated life will disintegrate her into a peasant deserving only of the most vile of employment opportunities. Excluded from the political process, she will have no rights to her children. Exclusions to Mother-Infant programs in California high control risk prison institutions apply and court systems will find a way to exempt a woman sex offender from child custody matters.

Once a woman is released from prison, she has been discarded on the wayside for any predator to claim with endless openings for the opportunist. Unaware of what awaits, she may be exiled 100’s of miles while the more cunning among the unaccountable corrupt or inept officials manage to be or go underground.

Parole officers demanding that a woman sex offender reach the required destination by the next day can be harsh with panic. A woman sex offender can be stranded for hours in the night along side of freeways while trying to get to where she is going.

The willfully ignorant collude with Department of Justice officials by using bully tactics and informing on her every move in order to make conditions of her life even worse than it was while in prison. Spirited away by the American justice system into being a prostitute, mean misogynist men will constantly advise dressing her up in Moo Moos and other pink skimpy famine garments to control submissiveness. She will be confronted with a sense of demanded sex.

When charges of harassment are pronounced, the government is non-responsive with intents of intimidation. But, it could be worse because sex offenders in Russia are often forcibly tattooed with a dagger running through the neck from shoulder to shoulder.

You Will Never Have To Worry About Starving

Pretty soon the thought of food will be disgusting. You will start to resent mom's Jewish home cooking. When you become hungry, will shovel food for the mere sake of shoveling. Nothing will ever sound good except maybe ice cream. It will seem like ice cream is the only food that will soothe the inferno hell in your soul.

When you remember how the families of murderers supplied "Lifers" with all kinds of goodies while in prison, you become nauseous. Days on the dry prison compound concrete with the heat beating down at 100 degrees where a person could not find shade will be in every memory. Walking around in circle after circle while watching the murdererss eating ice cream as my Jewish family penny pinch every lousy cent for the ultimate price: To perpetrate prolonged human suffering.

During the years afterward, I have been compelled to have several gallons of ice cream in my freezer always wondering when will I be subjected to another arbitrary arrest while being condemned to a life of prosecutions. Will I loose all that ice cream? It then becomes a daily battle not to shovel ice cream at alarming speeds.

It won't matter if Diabetes is a family illness and you have to watch your sugar intake. All that will matter is the thought of someone else being authorized by the Jews and Federal Judges of the United States to steal more of your property.

As A Woman Sex Offender

If you are a woman sex offender there will be many times that you will be denied gainful employment. You will be forced to sell everything, still never being able to pay the bills, while living in a severe situation of abject poverty. You will begin to become aware how men convicted of severe felonies will always retain employment with pretty good wages.

Many times, you will walk the streets with your pants filled in menstrual blood because you can't afford hygiene supplies.

Hint: Don't get caught stealing toilet paper from restaurants and fast food places.
